Exactly, its all fatty tissue..like pork rinds (cracklinngs) Its awesome if done right. Its not great for your health though haha.
@Ilikethingsnstuff a beaver tail is not that great for eating its all fatty tissue….but i love eating beaver up here in canada
Yes people eat them. The tails too, they fry up like pork cracklings.
